Upon confirmation of your Purchase Order please refer to the Order number located on the front, for all correspondence, worksheets, emails etc. (Starting with a G## or L##)
Charges on this Order are not confirmed until the final invoice is prepared. Changes to size, polish or add on's, etc will effect the final total. This includes, but not limited too, outsourced work such as foundations or installations.
Any Orders under the amount of $800.00 are to be paid in full at time of purchase, this includes tax.
This Order may be subject to delays beyond our control such as, but not limited to, weather, strikes, delivery shortages, accessibility to the cemetery, outsourced work, and/or Act's of God.
The timeline to complete your order is based on receipt of approved design, product availability and seasonal access to cemeteries.
This order does not include lettering or designs to be added at any future date and will be subject to an additional charge, and are not guaranteed match to the original, this includes paint, panels, and design elements.
Designs will not be provided unless a working purchase order has been started and a minimum of 50% deposit has been received.
We will do our best to accommodate customers timeline, however we do not guarantee it.
Special Shapes, colour requests may need to be ordered and can affect timelines.
Customers requesting or requiring paint on their monument will be responsible for any future application.
Etchings: May not be a true match to the original. Modifications may need to be made to properly show specific details and are charged based on size and/or special edits needed.
Signatures are required on the approved design before any work will start on the stone. Any errors found after the stone has been created will be dealt with on an individual basis and subject to a charge at a reduced rate.
Payment is due in full at time of monument completion and prior to installation. The memorial will remain the property of the company until paid in full. Payment arrangements can be made, if necessary, with full payment to be made prior to installation.
Any special requested alterations or additions made to the monument, by the customer such as for example- added bolts, holes, adhered objects, etc, are at the customers risk & not guaranteed by the company and may result in additional charges.
Canceled orders will be processed 30 days after the cancellation and refunds will be subject to deductions from work completed such as time for designs, order of special shapes/color stones.
Balance payable by Cheque, Cash, Credit Card, or Direct Payment is preferred.
Grace Monuments warrants against any defect within the granite itself. Any defects within the granite itself will be repaired or replaced free of all expense upon request. This does not cover natural weathering of the granite, acid rain or any damage to the
monument once installed caused by negligence, vandalism, or Acts of God.
Grace Monuments' foundations are done according to the government regulated by-laws for each cemetery and are warranted to be free from any defect for a period of 3 years at no cost.
Under Special Circumstances and with management approval, completed orders with a balance are subject to full payment with in 30 days. Failure to pay on time will result in an added monthly 2% interest charge and gives Grace Monuments permission to pick and remove the memorial, with charges applied to replace.
